In-stock merchandise is shipped via UPS, generally within 72 hours (business days only, Monday-Friday) of receiving your order. At this time we only offer standard ground shipping, so please allow 7-10 days for a delivery. Some of our products are ordered directly from vendors, and as a result may require additional processing time as most vendors will not ship directly to the purchasing customer, but rather ship orders to us and then we must turn that around and ship to the customer. 

If you need more specific information regarding whether an item is in-stock or ordered from the vendor, or if you need more specific shipping timelines, please email us at orders@justsportsaz.com. In certain cases we may be able to arrange expedited shipping, however this is on a case-by-case basis and you must contact us at the above-referenced email address to explore the plausibility of this.

Unanticipated demand or manufacturer delays may result in items that are out-of-stock. If the item(s) ordered are permanently unavailable you will be notified by email and you will be refunded. If items are merely temporarily backordered, we will notify you by email and give you the option of cancelling your order or waiting for the backordered item(s) to become available. ITEMS THAT MUST BE ORDERED DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER ARE NOT CONSIDERED OUT-OF-STOCK OR BACKORDERED SOLELY ON THE BASIS THAT THEY MAY NOT SHIP WITHIN THE STANDARD 7-10 DAY TIME FRAME.

Just Sports will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All returns will be refunded to your account less initial shipping charges. Items must be in new and unused condition. Items that do not fit this description will be returned to the customer. Please include a printed copy of the original purchase receipt received via email at the time you placed your order.  Just Sports is not responsible for any return shipping charges on refunded/exchanged merchandise.
